Dear G20 Osaka Summit leaders,
This year’s meeting is hosted by the country that has entered into the new era of ‘fortunate harmony’ and everyone in the world would like to think that it will positively influence all your mutual communications in the process of solving the serious global issues humanity faces. No matter how complicated and complex they are, and how powerful are the factors that influence their outcomes, with such approach they can be successfully executed if the truth becomes the common language not just among you, but between you and the rest of the world as well.
It is quite clear to every thinking mind, that you alone cannot solve the problems we are facing. You need us, 7 billion people, to accept the adequate share of responsibility for what is taking place on earth, otherwise, we humans as a whole will most likely follow the usual fourth cycle of destruction as observed ‘by the scholars of history for nearly 2000 years’. According to them, the world cycles through 4 turnings and we are clearly at the threshold of the fourth.
But never in the history of our civilization have we had the scientific means to step out of this cycle. Now we have. We know that all life forms including humans on the subatomic level are pure energies, that they can affect each other either positively or negatively, consciously or unconsciously. There is absolutely no objective universal law, which would impose on us the process of reciprocal destruction. Any references to the Universe 25 can be opposed by the fact that what applies to the animalistic nature of species in an utterly artificially created environment has very little to do with the spiritual connection of humanity to the Absolute.
When our science proved that everything is energy/vibration, it implied there must be the Central Reference System as the late conductor Celibidache pointed out long ago. It also alerts us that our perception of electricity or energy as the means to get from A to B is painfully inadequate to its real significance as the founding substance of everything living. What is not well known, electricity is allocated to our planet in very strict proportions and its overuse would have to be replenished from another planetary system. Such scientific facts have not been reflected in the economic prognoses of our digital age.
We are teachable, it is most evident in the eco movement across the whole planet, but we have not been told the most basic truth about the Universe and its role in our lives. We have not been told about the origins of our existence and so we do not have any solid foundations to build our lives on nor can we see stars anymore to correct our directions if we had any. Therefore the consumerism and the basic human instincts and mechanics drive the course of humanity as the active force behind the ever-increasing demand for electricity, energy and all resources. That is indeed not sustainable so we need a major change in thinking and “behavioral sinks”.
That cannot happen soon unless you reveal to humanity the most essential Universal and planetary truths you have been hiding for nearly a hundred years, which would make people understand their origins and the purpose of their existence on scientific bases. It would reopen the long-forgotten connection between science and spirituality, it would free people from superstition, racial and religious hatred, it would redirect their orientation towards finer, nobler energies of the universe not so demanding on material possessions and so more sustainable for the Mother Earth. And it would have an immediate effect on the vibrational field of our planet, reflected in more peaceful solutions to the conflicts of interests.
I am a symbol of what has to be changed on our planet in order to become one day worthy of being called Men. Let it help you in taking the decisions in the spirit of Fortunate harmony.

Just recently one article brought attention to the Polish prime ministers signature on the International Appeal. From all available information I deduce that he is a man of conscience and although he, as a politician, might be restricted in expressing it, he is totally free to express it as a global citizen, it is his full right and for that he should be honored and serve as an inspiration for others in his positions. Otherwise how on earth do we want to get out of this situation while it’s still time?

Vážený pane doktore,
můj postoj k justici a psychiatrii je založen na principu relativity, takže v tomto směru nejsem zatížená žádnými představami, ale můj případ souvisí s dramatickým vývojem soudního procesu pana Juliana Assange, obklopeného právníky, kteří mají přístup přinejmenším k těm nejzákladnějším soudním dokumentům. Já jsem sama a mé dokumenty pocházejí od policie a psychiatrů, kteří svorně odmítají připustit, že to, co se odehrává devět let před jejich očima v přímém přenosu je reálné. A polovina planety očekává, že vytáhnu meč a půjdu do boje za lidská práva. Já nejsem válečnice ale seeker, mou zbraní je selský rozum a několik znalostí o lidské přirozenosti a s takovými zbraněmi se k soudům nechodí, protože se rozpory řeší mozkem a myšlením.
V tomto případě však selhávají a zdá se, že soudní konfrontace se vysloveně vyžaduje. Mně bylo známou advokátní kanceláří sdělěno, že kdybych šla k soudu, musel by mě za daných právních podmínek odsoudit k psychiatrické léčbě. Právní podmínky se nezměnily, politická situace se na mezinárodní scéně vyostřuje a na mě se všichni dívají jako na tu, která má vzít globální vládu k soudu.
Jestli opravdu není zbytí a musím jít k soudu, aby popřel/potvrdil to, co je očividné každé vládní instituci i občanu této planety, inu budiž, ale to bych nejprve musela vědět, kdo je autorem a režisérem tohoto planetárního představení. Již devět let o to naše instituce bezvýsledně žádám.
Velmi bych ocenila případnou odpověď, protože neodcizuji myšlenky z Božích chrámů.

Alarming Decline in Millennials’ Health
Millennials — the first generation to grow up using cell phones — are experiencing an unprecedented decline in their health when they reach their late 20s.
On April 24, 2019, the American health insurance association Blue Cross Blue Shield released a report titled “The Health of Millennials.” It showed not only that the health of this generation takes a sharp decline beginning at age 27, but also that the prevalence of many medical conditions rose precipitously among millennials in just three years.
The prevalence of eight of the top ten conditions among all millennials showed a double-digit increase in 2017 as compared with 2014. Major depression increased 31%. Hyperactivity increased 29%. Type II diabetes increased 22%. Hypertension increased 16%. Psychoses increased 15%. High cholesterol increased 12%. Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis increased 10%. Substance use disorder increased 10%.
The decline in millennials’ health from 2014 to 2017 was not due to their being three years older. The report also compared the health of millennials who were 34-36 years old in 2017 to the health of Gen Xers who were 34-36 years old in 2014. At the same age, 34- to 36-year-olds in 2017 had 37% more hyperactivity, 19% more diabetes, 18% more major depression, 15% more Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, 12% more substance use disorder, 10% more hypertension, and 7% more high cholesterol than 34- to 36-year-olds had in 2014.
When the researchers looked at all health conditions, they found that 34- to 36-year-olds in 2017 had a 21% increase in cardiovascular conditions, a 15% increase in endocrine conditions, and an 8% increase in other physical conditions compared to 34- to 36-year-olds in 2014.

The only reasonable explanation for the alarming decline in health of the millennial generation is the life-long irradiation of their brains and bodies from their cell phones.
First Launches of 5G Satellites
On the evening of May 23, 2019, Elon Musk’s company SpaceX launched its first 60 “Starlink” satellites into low orbit around the Earth. The satellites were launched from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida on a Falcon 9 rocket. Musk announced his intention to carry out six more launches this year, each carrying 60 satellites, and that when the first 420 satellites are in orbit, they will be turned on and will begin providing global 5G service to SpaceX’s first customers. This could happen by the end of 2019.
SpaceX intends for its rockets to carry 120 satellites at a time into orbit beginning in 2020, and to complete its planned fleet of 12,000 satellites within a decade. SpaceX’s license from the U.S. Federal Communications Commission permits each satellite to emit an effective radiated power of up to 5 million watts.
SpaceX’s competitor, OneWeb, is not far behind. OneWeb launched the first 6 of its planned fleet of 4,540 satellites on February 27, 2019. It announced its intention to launch 36 satellites per month and to turn them on as soon as 648 satellites are in orbit. This could happen by the end of 2020.
On April 4, 2019, Amazon announced that it is planning to launch its own fleet of more than 3,000 5G satellites.

It is an emergency not just because of the direct radiation from the satellites, but because of the location of the satellites in the ionosphere. The ionosphere is an integral part of the global electrical circuit that animates all living things. Even a few hundred satellites using the enormous amount of bandwidth that is available in the millimeter wave spectrum is expected to pollute the global electrical circuit — and therefore our bodies — with what building biologists call dirty electricity. This is likely to be catastrophic to all life on Earth.
I am presently involved in an effort to open up lines of communication with the principals of the satellite projects, including Elon Musk. They care about the future of this planet too, and they mistakenly think they are doing good.
Federal Lawsuit to Stop 5G
The Santa Fe Alliance for Public Health and Safety filed a lawsuit to stop 5G in U.S. District Court in New Mexico on December 21, 2018. We are asking the court to declare that city, state, and federal laws which deprive citizens of the right to protect themselves from harm, and deprive injured persons of any remedy for their injuries, are unconstitutional and void.
These laws violate the First Amendment rights to free speech and to petition the government for redress of grievances. These laws violate the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments because they deprive people of life, liberty and property without due process of law, and because they are a taking of property without just compensation. I am not a journalist, I listened to all available talks of Mr Assange and I cannot express myself as he does, but I can pass my thoughts one way or another to people quite directly, unless I choose otherwise in order not to disturb the egoistic nature of man. Directly would mean: what classifies a person as a real journalist? And what is more important, the journalist or the subject he reports on? When I started to understand English a little bit, I used to watch a guy on Channel 9’s Sunday mornings if I remember correctly. He was not flashy, down to earth and he had this gift of making a captivating story out of nothing. He was able to present to a viewer a heartfelt reality of an ordinary life and to me he was a real journalist.
But then we have the current affairs, exceeding the national, even continental territories, which affect profoundly life on this planet and we do not hear about them a word from the real professional journalists in the fleshy mainstream media. Since Kyoto they have not found out why a half of the scientists is saying there is Climate Change and the other is denying it, in such an exact science of the atmosphere. I symbolize total physical and mental enslavement of millions of people by directed psychotronic energy and it evokes their cynical amusement, despite knowing, that all people who raised their voice against such monstrous abuse of science have suffered character assassinations and their lives have been destroyed. None of our cynical real professionals would further research the NYT article about gangstalking, filled in a university questionnaire on which was based the psychological study of gangstalking and which would make clear it was an academic pseudo, preventing any serious investigations of this new earthly phenomenon that can be psychologically debilitating as thousands of testimonies suggest.
The ‘real’ journalists marvel in fine and not so fine scandalmonger and “no journalists” have to do their work. Sure they have freedom to choose, but pls do not undermine the efforts of your conscientious colleagues who understand the complexity of time.

Vážení představitelé českého národa,
USA i Evropská unie investují v posledních letech miliardy dolarů a eur do výzkumu lidského mozku. Výsledky tohoto výzkumu už teď pomáhají tisícům postižených lidí na světě. Pokud ale nevzniknou zákony, které by zakazovaly použití technologií dálkového ovládání činnosti lidského mozku, fyzickým i právnickým osobám a státním organizacím, přestane být za několik let pravdou, že Česká republika je demokratickým státem.
Díky výzkumu mozku jsou dnes přesně známa místa v mozku, která řídí činnost různých tělěsných orgánů i kde se odehrávají vyšší mozkové činnosti jako jsou myšlenky nebo řeč. Známy jsou i frekvence vysílaní nervových impulsů, které různým činnostem v lidském mozku odpovídají. Lidský mozek totiž, podobně jako počítače, funguje digitálně, protože informace uvnitř mozku se přenášejí počtem a frekvencí nervových vzruchů. O to snadněji si mozek „rozumí“ s počítačovými technologiemi.
Už v roce 2006 vložili vědci do mozku muže, který úplně ochrnul, implantát, který přenášel činnost jeho mozku do různých přístrojůa umožňoval mu tak otevírat e-mail, ovládat televizi a robotickou paži. Pokud jde o sledování myšlenkových procesů, byl vyvinut přístroj, který dokáže analyzovat mozkové vlny a nacházet v nich souhlásky a samohlásky a potom přenášet naše takto odhalené myšlenky na displej. Podobně jako v případě zrakového vnímání je možné, při znalosti algoritmů mozkového zpracování slov, vygenerovat a přenést do mozku prostřednictvím s mozkem propojeného počítače, připojeného k internetu nebo prostřednictvím chytrého telefonu, připojeného k mobilní síti slova převedená do ultrazvuku, která mozek vnímá, ale člověk si je neuvědomuje, a vytvářet tak u lidí falešné vědomí tím, že do jejich mozků uloží myšlenky, které tam budou fungovat, jako by byly jejich.
Lidé, jejichž mozky budou propojeny prostřednictvím počítačů nebo mobilních telefonů s celosvětovými komunikačními sítěmi, tak zpřístupní své mozky hackerům a nebo také tajným službám, které budou schopné generovat v myslích občanů myšlenky nebo city, které budou vyhovovat potřebám jejich vlád.
V loňském roce byl na Světové ekonomické fórum v Davosu přizván i historik Juval Noah Harari, který ve své přednášce varoval před vznikem nové totality, založené na ovládání lidských mozků, ke které by mohlo dojít už v příští generaci. „Jakmile jsou [elitám]známé algoritmy [elektrických signálů v mozku], které nám rozumí lépe než my sami, budou moci předpovědět mé touhy, manipulovat mé city a dokonce rozhodovat místo mě. Jakkoli je dosažení dokonalosti v komunikaci mezi mozkem a počítačem nebo mobilním telefonem otázkou jen ještě několika let, vlády zatím nevyvíjejí žádné úsilí k vytvoření zákonů, které by chránily svobodu lidského myšlení před útoky z vnějšího prostředí. V dubnu roku 2017 zveřejnili vědec v oboru neuroetiky z university v Basileji Marcello Ienca a právník se zaměřením na lidská práva z univerzity v Zurichu Roberto Andorno v odborném časopise Life Sciences, Society and Policy (Vědy o životě, společnost a politika) článek „Na cestě k novým lidským právům ve věku neurovědy a neurotechnologie“ https://lsspjournal.springeropen.com/articles/10.1186/s40504-017-0050-1, ve kterém vyzývali, aby byly zahájeny práce na zákonech, které by chránily lidské právo na svobodu a další lidská práva před zneužitím technologií, které otevírají přístup do lidského mozku. V článku psali: “lidská mysl je… posledním útočištěm osobní svobody a sebeurčení” a “v současné době žádná právní nebo technická záruka nechrání mozková data před stejným dolováním dat a metodami pronikání do soukromí, jaká se používají u jiných druhů informací”. Zdá se, že v současném demokratickém světě neexistuje politická vůle, která by chtěla dálkovému ovládání lidských mozků zabránit, přestože taková perspektiva zpochybňuje základní principy demokracie.

Žádáme Vás proto, aby byly v České republice vytvořeny zákony, které by pod přísnými tresty zakazovaly zásahy vnějších energií do činnosti nervových systémů obyvatel České republiky. Tyto zákony by měly ustavit i týmy, s účastí představitelů lidskoprávních organizací, které by měly příslušné technické vybavení k tomu, aby mohly dohlížet na jejich dodržování. Jinak hrozí nebezpečí, že se v České republice vyvine státní zřízení, které bude sice pro veřejnost předstírat, že hájí lidská práva, ale ve skutečnosti je bude potlačovat utajenými prostředky dálkového působení na lidskou nervovou soustavu. V České republice žije v současné době asi 30 lidí, kteří tvrdí, že jsou na nich zkoušeny zbraně, založené na působení pulsovaných mikrovln na lidský organismus, nervovou soustavu a mozek a nemají žádný prostředek, jak by mohli těmto útokům na svou nervovou soustavu zabránit. Současný rychlý vývoj vědy může navíc otevřít i nové fyzikální prostředky k takovým útokům, než jsou pulsované mikrovlny nebo připojení mozku k mobilním sitím a Internetu. Je nejvyšší čas, aby byly vytvořeny zákony, které by bránily lidský mozek, lidskou nervovou soustavu a lidský organismus před škodlivými elektromagnetickými vlnami a útoky na svobodu myšlení a rozhodování.
