A letter to World Psychiatry Association

Dear professor Herrman,

The upcoming World Congress of Psychiatry will bring together the most prominent academics from different parts of the world and so it is an excellent opportunity to address the topics of human experimentation and mind control. They have been officially avoided for decades and increasingly demand the attention of psychiatrists, doctors, neuroscientists, and psychologists because these very professions on the military levels have been responsible for such often illegal scientific research.

It goes back more than 120 years when certain esoteric societies had access to the very sophisticated, high knowledge of the power of the sound vibrations (being traced back to the Wall of Jericho), with which they were able to affect any part of a human body to the point of inflammation for instance and then heal it instantly. The knowledge was uncompromisingly guarded against its exploitation by the highest ethical and moral standards of those who possessed it. The intelligence agencies of the main superpowers eventually acquired some of it and their defense departments have developed over the century so-called ‘directed energy weapons systems, using remotely applied hypersonic, electromagnetic, microwave or other radiation to totally control not just the global weather climate, but also physical bodies and minds of any living organisms they choose, including humans. Decades-long clandestine human experimentation programs involving unwitting civilians had served as their research bases.

With the latest development of psychotronic technologies, we entered into the next phase of still partially clandestine experimentation with different states of consciousness. To this date, orthodox psychiatry and psychology diagnose the testimonies of such experimentation as delusional, schizophrenic, and treat the targeted people with heavy psychiatric drugs which indeed is another torture of its own. It concerns millions of people across the globe, it violates the most basic human rights and it really seems unbelievable that orthodox medicine would not be aware of such reality. From my own experience, I can confirm that there is close cooperation between the police and psychiatric clinics.
I consider it very dangerous because due to DEW’s secrecy, its invisibility, and being remotely controlled one cannot locate their source without the satellite data and no protection is available. Our ethical and moral standards vary extensively so a considerable amount of people cannot resist the opportunity to satiate their primitive drives by electronic hunting and inflicting pain on their fellow human beings if granted free of penalty by the authorities. As the authorities do not admit their existence and neither does the medical and juridical establishment, we have a planetary situation, where crime flourishes without any legal constraints. By disbelieving and incorrect diagnoses psychiatry actually prevents jurisdiction from creating the law, which would acknowledge the existence of directed energy weapons (already subjects to global trade) and protect civilians at least legally against their misuse. Psychotronic technologies have already entered the public sector in the form of mind-reading machines as for instance Facebook already announced and millions of Chinese, being subjected to the social credit system, only support the concerns that humanity has not been on the most enlightened path. Professor, you must acknowledge that under such circumstances it is absolutely unacceptable for WPA not to react in a proactive way.

There has been an enormous amount of suffering created by this unfortunate exploitation of the human mind, the lives of many doctors, scientists, government employees, and activists have been destroyed when trying to stop this utter misuse of the natural capacity of the mind to inquire about the unknown. Traditionally it is a private sphere to which no one but the owner has access.

The theme of external mind control has to be addressed internationally by the United Nations and as the militaries and the governments obsessed by global control and usurping the science for their egoistic aims are not under the oath as your profession is, your influence should be superior.

This issue is connected with another aspect of esoteric science, which teaches that the planetary atmosphere is composed of electricity that participates in the processes of creation and maintenance of life on the earth and the mental wellbeing of humanity depends on it. The extraction of electricity from the atmosphere directly affects our minds, reduces our ability to mentate and happens to be the main cause of psychotic disorders. This information was passed to us 120 years ago, around the time of Tesla’s discoveries when our atmosphere and space exploration was at the very early stages. Directed energy weapons systems surrounding our planet today consume enormous amounts of electricity. At the same time, the profits from the prescriptions of psychiatric drugs grow exponentially.

The same esoteric science explains to general humanity of the third millennium an unknown trick of different states of consciousness, which has been overlooked both by orthodox psychiatry and psychology. What we call consciousness is only its second state out of the total four. In this state we cannot remember ourselves for more than few minutes at a time. The rest of the day humanity spends in the identification with everything it does without being aware of its body at the same time, which is the characteristic of the third state of consciousness. The expressions ‘being asleep’, ‘be on autopilot’, ‘to be or not to be’ etc. point exactly to this phenomenon. Any sincere self-observation will prove the clear distinction between the second and third state of consciousness. If psychiatry knew about its impact on life of man, it could actually restore the mental balance of their patients with lasting effects without chemicals.

It also needs to acknowledge that consciousness is not created by the brain, only resides there and can be separated from the body entirely and nowadays even artificially as some of your colleagues from defense departments will most likely know. The field of Quantum Physics clearly suggests the same.

I would like to bring your attention to the mentioned esoteric science because it is the most comprehensive Universally objective psychological system humanity has at its disposal and it proved to be correct at every step undertaken. One of its pupils, a Scottish psychiatrist Dr. Maurice Nicoll, published a collection of his lectures called Psychological Commentaries on Gurdjieff & Ouspensky.

In the name of all people, suffering either because of human experimentation or because they cannot cope with their life circumstances, I am passing you this information in hope that it will one day revolutionize psychiatry and psychology for their benefit and those of future generations.

Our ancestors suggested to us there are different degrees of spiritual so-called attainments humans as the unique species of the planet can achieve. The knowledge of such processes gives enormous powers over the others and so has always been encrypted in symbols and their understanding depended on the spiritual level of the particular person.

Spiritual warfare boot camp for the End times battle. Part 1

Listen up, Pentagon, nappers!

Time for a spiritual boot camp. On your toes.

Memorize. Any work done in the cause of justice, truth, freedom is blessed by God. Anyone blessed by God may appear to fail at first, but in the end, they succeed.

It’s important to contact God (called prayer), get his orders (called inspiration), and carry out our mission (called obedience).

When anyone does the will of God, they are entitled to divine help. Divine help is the foundation of everything.  Got that?

Remember the oath you swore to God, the Constitution. Now is the time to put that oath into practise. The Republic is on its death bed facing threats on all sides from dark, evil forces (Globalists, corruption, Ebola, cyberwarfare, WW3, false flags).

Evil can only be fought with goodness and God. Indifference, selfishness, cowardice need to be left outside the gates of this boot camp.

Here’s the deal. Your energy, your focus, your habits have to change for your to change. This boot camp aims to change your habits.

When you go into work, do not just slump into your chair, shuffle through the documents on your desk, check your email and spend hours and hours absorbed, squandering your energy on a thousand thins, missing the point. It’s comfortable. It’s easy. But it is the path to defeat, spiritual, moral and military, political and economic defeat. It’s, in fact, increasingly the path to death.

Set up a corner to pray.
Put up an icon in a corner, for example.
Put some stones together to form an altar if that seems more appropriate to you.
Add a flower, a branch, a candle.

Create a space where you can spend time with the Field Marshall in the sky obtaining his directions.
Martin Luther spent four hours charging his batteries, strategizing, war gaming in central command post in the morning praying when he had something important to do. 
Rescuing the USA and the world from the evil Globalists is important.

Don’t approach God like a bully sergeant shouting at recruits. “Do this, do that! Jump! Why are you so slow, God! Get a move on. Trouble is here. And you’re so slow.”

Don’t approach God either like a bureaucrat or technocrat doing his bit as part of a system, that is, lukewarm, half hearted, indifferent.

“Why should I pray to God? It’s not my fault the USA is facing obliteration. I did my job. It’s someone else responsibility. I have enough work to do, poor me. Why shouldn’t I have some fun out of life and be able to watch the football…?”

Don’t approach God like an egotistical careerist either.
“Just keep me safe, Lord. Please, just protect me, take care of me. I don’t cause anyone any trouble. I never rock the boot. I don’t care about the rest. They’re all failures, but I am worthy.”

Approach God like a recruit arriving on their first day at bootcamp. Remember how you felt as a recruit rolling up at bootcamp? Remember your impressions? Your emotions facing something new, unfamiliar, bigger.

How much bigger is God.

God is bigger than the Marine Corps, okay?

Did the Marine corp create the universe, the stars, the mountains, the sea, human beings, plants, animals, love, light, creativity, beauty?

Are you all knowing, all present, capable of ending the experiment “planet earth” with a snap of your fingers?

Okay, you are a recruit in God’s great boot camp.

Show respect, feel respect before the Field Marshall directing the entire universe, straighten up as you stand in your prayer corner.

Be aware you do have a heart and now is the time to locate it.
What is beating inside you like a clock is not just a fleshy organ. It is your communications centre with the divine. This is where the signals come from sent by the HQ in the sky in the form of light, delight, expansion, consolation, peace, idea.

Feel pain at the fact you are just a recruit, with little to offer. Feel embarrased at your poor record in God’s spiritual army with countless days behind you thinking only of yourself.
Feel pain at the dreadful state of the USA.

Ask God to help you make it through his bootcamp to emerge an effective warrior for justice and truth filled with a divine flame.

Ask God to help you take the knocks and falls in bootcamp, the tough discipline,  to advance quickly in enlightenment, wisdom, discernment, compassion and courage.

Warm up by reading some of the Psalms.
Get a translation you like. 
Try the NIV.
They’re lots of versions online.
You can print them out.
Why the Psalms?

First off, the author of the Psalms, David, was also a soldier, fighting in wars, having to deal with real world threats, dangers, strategic and tactical problems on a constant basis as well as treachery, a smear campaign, exiled and hunted in the desert (special ops lasting ten years.

If he could do get divine help, you can get it. Main thing is you recognize you are a worthless recruit, want to improve, want to do what is just and believe God will help his Creation.

Second, you are a recruit, remember?

The recognition of the transitory nature of your life, the inevitability of death, the fleetingness of material world, always changing, is appropriate for a recruit in basic training. Truth is, you are mortal, finite, limited, narrow, hard hearted and shallow like all other human beings. You depend totally on God for everything, every breath you take, every day you are alive, all your good talents.

To be in a position to look up to Field Marshall God, who has so much power over you and he world, to be able to talk to him and be listened to is a huge honour for a recruit.

The Psalms express true reverence, true awareness of the great gap between human beings and God, true awe at the immense power of God who sustains everything in the universe with his power, true understanding of the nothingness of human beings without God.

When we look up to God, to the substance, the power that reigns through out the universe, it is for us to admire God.

The Psalms express wonder at God’s works and creation, the many large and small things recognizing them as signs of his love. The light, sky, clouds, wind are all signs of God’s creativity and his love.

They are not just symbols on terrain or weather support map for operations, okay?
In addition, the Psalms show appreciation of God’s wonderful ordering of so many elements.

God sustains what he creates, something we should also be grateful for.
Reverence is the right attitude for a recruit aware of finitenss and their huge distance from God.

Reverence allows our souls to take part in the infinite, immortal force of God.
Fear follows reverence. God really is the Field Marshall who can court martial you, strip you of your ranks, pay, pension and throw you out. And he will do it, if the recruit does not learn to be just, honest, selfless, generous, brave in the spiritual battle.

But chin up. This Field Marshall is full of good will and wants you to succeed. He created you in His image with infinite potential. He has pledged his personal help if you make a real effort to make it through boot camp. It’s not enough just to be aware of the Absolute, the divine. You have to show through your actions that you are worthy of promotion to the eternal sphere.

By the end of bootcamp, you have to score a set number of points, okay. You fail to measure up, that’s it. Selfish? Yes. Lazy? Yes. Impudent. Yes. Out. The Field Marshall is not going to let you, the recruit, decide the criteria for belonging to his great camp in the sky. He decides and he wants quality company, quality soldiers in his army.

Make it a habit to to read the Psalms and think about what you are reading. Pray to God and ask him to open your mind and heart to their meaning.

A psychophysical study of the perception of “sound” induced by illumination with pulse-modulated, ultrahigh-frequency electromagnetic energy indicated that perception was primary dependent upon peak power and secondarily dependent upon pulse width. The average power did not significantly affect perception. Perceived characteristics of pitch and timbre appeared to be functions of modulation.

The Fourth Way

Just as many religions have been introduced during the current cycle of humanity, there have also been esoteric teachings which teach how to do what the exoteric part of religion preaches. Gurdjieff said an esoteric teaching is “preserved in secret in special schools and with its help it is always possible to rectify what has been distorted [in religion] or to restore what has been forgotten.”

All the religious revelations failed to create the New Type of Man needed to fill the enlarging gap. Warned Gurdjieff: “Humanity is at a standstill and from a standstill there is a straight path to downfall and degeneration…. There is nothing that points to evolution proceeding. On the contrary when we compare humanity with a man we quite clearly see a growth of personality at the cost of essence, that is, a growth of the artificial, the unreal, and what is foreign, at the cost of the natural, the real, and what is one’s own…. Contemporary culture requires automatons. And people are undoubtedly losing their acquired habits of independence and turning into automatons, into parts of machines…. Soul catching

This business of soul catching is like from a kindergarten.

Somebody discovers America and a soul catcher is borne.

Yes, we, human beings, also serve as food for something else, as every species in the Universe. What did you think, that the Universe created the whole planet  just for our pleasure? So that you could walk on Earth, shoot women’s vaginas with your smart phones and after leaving your physical body just  continue  to do so in other solar systems? Export your famous star wars? No , they are not interested in that, trust me.

There is a Matrix and you can get out of it anytime you want, as long as you have a body to do so.  But it’s a special body, of very fine energies. You get  it only through a special kind of suffering, your own suffering, not the one you inflict on others – in that case the soul catcher will catch you and send you back  Be sure of that. The creator is all forgiving, but the souls catcher is  not. We pay for everything to the last penny unless we make peace among ourselves. That’s why “as we forgive those who trespass against us.” So wouldn’t be about time  to find out what this mystery of the Universe is all about? Before this chance is taken away from us as unprofitable servants to the most loving creator of the Universe, who happens to be our Father?

One traditional treatment of the subject is that the lady, who represents the soul, is there, and that St. George is there, and he is just looking at the dragon, and the dragon, as long as his spear is just touching him, is obedient, and the lady is able to lead him. The dragon, of course, represents the nafs al ammarah (one’s own personal ego). How can we master this dragon in ourselves? The dragon is a necessary part of the drama. Eternal vigilance is required; that is represented by St. George on his horse, with his Spear, just touching the dragon’s neck. That is all that is required. As long as the dragon knows that he is watched, he is quiet and peaceful. Then the soul, the ruh, represented by the woman, can lead him on a silken thread. That is the state that we have to learn to establish in ourselves. So long as the dragon was in the cave, he was the treat. He could not be seen: what he would do next was unpredictable. Behind the backs of the US and world populations, social media companies have built up a massive censorship apparatus staffed by an army of “content reviewers” capable of seamlessly monitoring, tracking, and blocking millions of pieces of content.

The character of this apparatus was detailed in testimony Wednesday from representatives of Facebook, Twitter, and Google’s YouTube before the United States Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation, chaired by South Dakota Republican John Thune.

The hearing was called to review what technology companies are doing to shut down the communications of oppositional political organizations. It represented a significant escalation of the campaign, supported by both Democrats and Republicans, to establish unprecedented levels of censorship and control over the Internet.

Armed with increasingly powerful artificial intelligence systems, these technology companies are free to remove and block the communications of their users at the behest of the government, in a seamless alliance between Silicon Valley and the major US spy agencies.

Monika Bickert, head of Global Policy Management at Facebook, told lawmakers that the social media giant now employs a security team of 10,000 people, 7,500 of whom “assess potentially violating content,” and that, “by the end of 2018 we will more than double” the security team.

This group includes “a dedicated counterterrorism team” of “former intelligence and law-enforcement officials and prosecutors who worked in the area of counterterrorism.” In other words, there is a revolving door between the technology giants and the state intelligence and police forces, with one increasingly indistinguishable from the other.

Bickert pointed to the growing use of artificial intelligence to flag content, saying Facebook does not “wait for these… bad actors to upload content to Facebook before placing it into our detection systems,” bragging that much of the “propaganda” removed from Facebook “is content that we identify ourselves before anybody” else has a chance to view it.

She added that Facebook has partnered with over a dozen other companies to maintain a blacklist of content, based on “unique digital fingerprints.” This means that if a piece of content, whether a video, image, or written statement, is flagged by any one of these companies, it will be banned from all social media. This database now includes some 50,000 pieces of content and is constantly growing, officials said.

In other words, the technology giants have created an all-pervasive system of censorship in which machines, trained to collaborate with the CIA, FBI, and other US intelligence agencies, are able to flag and block content even before it is posted.

Juniper Downs, global head of Public Policy and Government Relations at YouTube, likewise boasted that Google uses “a mix of technology and humans to remove content,” adding that YouTube relies on a “trusted flagger program” to provide “actionable flags” based on the flaggers’ experience with “issues like hate speech and terrorism,” words that imply that these “trusted flaggers” are connected to US intelligence agencies.

“Machine learning is now helping our human reviewers remove nearly five times as many videos as they were before,” Downs said, adding that Google’s censorship machine is virtually automated. She said that this year there will be “10,000 people across Google working to address content that might violate our policies.”

Downs declared that since June YouTube has “removed 160,000 videos and terminated 30,000 channels for violent extremism.” The company has “reviewed over two million videos” in its collaboration with “law enforcement, government,” and “NGOs.”

Downs stated that Google is actively engaged in promoting what she called “counter-speech,” that is, the promotion of propaganda narratives. She also pointed to Google’s Jigsaw program as deploying “targeted ads and YouTube videos to disrupt online radicalization,” and “redirecting” users to content that Google approves of.

The hearing also featured the testimony of Clint Watts, a former FBI official, former US Army officer, fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States, and a leading promoter of social media censorship.

Watts presented the hearing with an unhinged justification for what these massive powers might be used for, in a hypothetical scenario he dubbed “Anwar Awlaki meets PizzaGate.”

“The greatest concern moving forward,” he said, “might likely be a foreign intelligence service, posing as Americans on social media, infiltrating one or both political extremes in the US and then recruiting unwitting Americans to undertake violence against a target of the foreign power’s choosing.”

In this formulation, social opposition, what he calls the “political extremes,” including left-wing politics, is the product of foreign intervention and therefore treasonous. It is also defined as “terrorist” in content and therefore criminal.

Watts expressed extreme fear over the widespread growth of opposition to the policies of US imperialism. He arrogantly decried, “Lesser-educated populations around the world predominately arriving in cyberspace via mobile phones will be particularly vulnerable to social media manipulation.”

The content of Thursday’s testimony points the far-advanced preparations for the establishment of police state forms of rule.

The effort to control speech online is driven by a ruling elite that is immensely fearful of social opposition. Amid growing social inequality and the ever-mounting threat of world war, broad sections of the population, and in particular the working class, are increasingly disillusioned with the capitalist system. Having no social reform to offer, the ruling elites see censorship as the only means to prop up their rule.

Given the explosive content of the statements made at Thursday’s hearing, it is extraordinary that they received no significant coverage in either the print or broadcast media.

The hearing took place just one day after the World Socialist Web Site carried its live webinar, “Organizing Resistance to Internet Censorship,” featuring WSWS chairperson David North and journalist Chris Hedges.

Because the cruelty and torture which global military  organizes in each state of our planet is described so well so many times in targeted community websites, I tend not to concentrate on myself as my case is on line live,  but what is lately happening overpasses all boundaries we humans set up for ourselves. It is a well known fact that targeting by electronic equipment be it nlw or smart phone concentrates often on reproductive organs because of atavistic drives.                   But there are in our bodies special nerves, situated deeply in the Solar Plexus, connected with pleasue/terror sensing depending on the level of stimulation. If evoked against your will, forcefully by remote control, you have no means to protect yourselves, you can beat your stomach or the organs themselves and nothing stops that. It is connected directly with psychological reactions, which are literally on the verge of madness and readiness to commit an angry and easily violent reactions in normal individuals. I have even been trained for many years to withhold negative reactions, so I know my body has a properly functioning button which knows the point when to stop any anger. Well with this experience I can hardly say that. I could easily commit  suicide. As my case is televised, the perps around me create a sound and visual  theatre, which pumps up my anger to the point of exploding, that is exactly their aim so the audience gets exited and financial revenue goes up.

But what worries me is the fact that I am connected to the quantum mega computers and all my reactions are fed into them. The datas say exactly what frequencies touching what nerves cause such and such reactions, where you want to almost throw up, where you think you will loose your sanity. Once it is in the computer, any time such reactions can be evoked or transferred to another human being on this planet.

When I experienced that for the first time, I knew it was sucking a life energy from me and thought it must have been done by a totally sadistic sexually perverse individual with clear absence of  feeling, even by non earthly entity, but lately I found to my astonishment a video with neuro-linguistic programming where they explained it on a cat, getting her to a complete rage by electronic targeting. So purely human. And now live on humans.                                             Aren’t we sophisticated swines.

5 Electricities?

Our science seems to be rather in the middle ages to me. In The Holy Science Swami Sri Yukteswar writes there are 5 types of electricities which our science does not know about yet. Minding myself it was written in 1894.
I found two types- “static electricity and current electricity. The static electricity is generated by rubbing two or more objects causing to build up friction.”
If we substitute the objects with people and watch how friction rises between us, it is more than obvious that there is an immense amount of energy created. So it must be a sort of electricity, am I right? It dissolves by itself eventually, we “calm down”, but if one does not get negatively identified with the event, he/she has this energy at his/her disposal. What for?
Do orthodox scientists think this way? Because I must take into the consideration the possibility that their colleagues in the Intel’s highly covert research centres are far ahead of them. And that ‘s a worry to all of us.
What if they discovered, that this energy comes from an unknown type of electricity and is used for specific purposes humanity forgot about long ago? Could that explain the eminent interest they have taken in all so called secret societies and their members? Stealing all knowledge available and then infiltrating them with their agents often for not so friendly aims?
I have some answers but not all so in order not to create more confusion in this already confused subject I follow The New Testament’s advice about the weeds and wheat.
When the world is in confusion like now, we  tend to identify with negativity towards everything we do not understand. Yet very often it is exactly that, which can help us to get out of it.
The old symbols everybody seems to despise so much actually hold the key to our destinies as a human race. To know them all is one thing and to understand them another, understanding comes only through practicing them, which automatically  prevents one from misusing them and I believe that here lies the whole problem of confusion. The global Alphabets got to them by copying the brains of the seekers and with their highly advanced technologies and highly underdeveloped being are able to use them in all sorts of black operations, experimenting with unsuspected population. I know that from my own experience. On the other hand I also have to take into the consideration that there must be the real seekers among them with conscience, who are in contact with conscious circle of humanity. It cannot be otherwise in our dualistic world.
So if I read about Illuminati, Freemasons & the rest, I remember the word Illuminate or the architecture of Gothic Cathedrals.
The infiltration has nothing to do with the core message.
We do not originate from apes, we were designed for specific purposes of the Universe and as the only species on Earth we also were given the privilege of being able to create, not just pro-create. To create can be understood on many levels and expressions, but by the supreme act of creation is considered the ability of each of us to create in us our higher being bodies, which are immortal and allow us to enter into other dimensions. The word androgynous refers to the fact that this type of the body we  create  solely on our own, by our own internal spiritual  processes and efforts. The whole Ecosystem of The Earth and its species is delicately tuned for  allowing this mystery of creation to happen yet we have developed  bio technological means to disrupt this process in the name of an immortal physical body.  Yes, a soul catcher technologies.
If we do not stop now, we will be stopped as were the previous civilizations.
