I have no idea where you all are going, probably to the Moon.

I am tired, bored with all this utter stupidity around the world, where no one is allowed to say that black is black and white is white, but is allowed to state that black is white and vice versa.

If you want to play this game, fine, but why then  you get on high  by titillating the “animal”?  Are you  so cowardly to stand up for your own truth, which is right above your head and in front of your eyes? The psychotronic weapons are already  in your neighborhood, the whole military systems are set up to read your minds and alternate your emotions, you are doing it to me publicly so how can you imagine it is just my problem? If the Alphabets allow you to do it, cannot you comprehend that you are the targets as well?

Like millions of others, I am trying to explain  that humanity is in danger. That you are not told the most advanced  discoveries in neuroscience, which would certainly re-evaluate  many scientific, religious and political approaches to our future.

The Defense Departments are due to tell you that their research centres are able and do separate the physical part of human body from our consciousness. The obvious implications concern the atheistic approach to science and religious approach to such discoveries. As these phenomenons have been achieved not by its own, proper internal development but through deaths and  immense sufferings of countless human beings around the world, one cannot leave out the question of  our level of being. If it’s so far below the animal’s, do we have rights to proceed with changing the very DNA structure of human kind and close thus ourselves the possibility of future exit from these horrors of amusing ourselves by mutual killing and torturing?

 

Who is actually a real Christian?

It would be very silly for God to demand from man what he cannot give.
Half of the world is Christian, the other half has other religions. For me, a sensible man, this makes no difference; they are the same as the Christian. Therefore it is possible to say that the whole world is Christian, the difference is only in name. And it has been Christian not only for one year but for thousands of years. There were Christians long before the ad- vent of Christianity. So common sense says to me: “For so many years men have been Christians—how can they be so foolish as to demand the impossible?”
But it is not like that. Things have not always been as they are now. Only recently have people forgotten the first half, and because of that have lost the capacity for being able. And so it became indeed impossible.
Let every one ask himself, simply and openly, whether he can love all men. If he has had a cup of coffee, he loves; if not, he does not love. How can that be called Christianity?

In the past not all men were called Christians. Some members of the same family were called Christians, others preChristians, still others were called non-Christians. So in one and the same family there could be the first, the second and the third. But now all call themselves Christians. It is naive, dishonest, unwise and despicable to wear this name without justification.

A Christian is a man who is able to fulfill the Commandments.
A man who is able to do all that is demanded of a Christian, both with his mind and his essence, is called a Christian without quotation marks.

A man who, in his mind, wishes to do all that is demanded of a Christian, but can do so only with his mind and not with his essence, is called pre-Christian.

And a man who can do nothing, even with his mind, is called a non- Christian.

Morality vs Conscience

Drops of wisdom from our ancestors:

Morality differs according to time, geography and opinion.

Conscience is something we get born with, all of us regardless of race, time, geography  and beyond opinion.  It is uncorrupted as it has been buried deeply in us. It can be reached ONLY by inner work on one’s negative emotions.

According to morality Mr Snowden and Mr.Assange can be considered either   traitors or   heroes.

According to conscience they are among so many  human beings, who see that world leaders are heading us on the road to the  utter slavery and try to stop the process  by the means available to them while there is still time.

According to morality the fact that the path to the utter slavery is literally covered by broken eggs can be seen as heroic necessity to make future omelets or   NAZI human experimentation resulting in unheard of suffering.

According to conscience our humanness is literally dying in this process as we are cutting ourselves off the source of life in order to become highly sophisticated immortal decimals for the price of our inevitable destruction as we won’t be able to fulfill either of our universal roles, which cannot be altered the way we want.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Brain duplications – Scientific freaks in theory?

Human experimentation has been around for so long and in many cases like mine even broadcast  live, so the public takes it as something normal, even  a subject to ridicule, while government agencies and medical establishment deny its existence so those beings, who are experimented on end up in asylums. I have never seen anything like that in my life.

The psyops are extremely hard to assess due to the fact that  scientific research facilities of Defense departments around the globe are far ahead of time compared to other centres, and their work is classified  so  the testimonies of people  are disputed.

There are two scientific studies attached, which should be read by every psychiatrist, psychologist and doctor on Earth, and be available to any court.

I have personally experienced brain duplication last year, so we have moved from theory to reality, which also includes the ability to artificially separate the consciousness from the physical body. No need to say that these experiments are highly dangerous for unsuspecting individuals as the scientists are totally ignorant of all possible consequences their  experiments might have in short or long term.

Vaccine side effects higher than cervical cancer risks

According to a recent Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) report, cancer of the cervix was the 14th most common malignancy among Minnesota women. It was the 17th most common cause of cancer death.

In Minnesota, according to the statistical information provided by the MDH (published at http://www.health.state.mn.us/divs/hpcd/cdee/mcss/documents/ccc.pdf), the incidence of cancer of the cervix among Minnesotan females of all races is a miniscule 6.8/100,000 population (ie, 6.8 newly diagnosed cases per 100,000 women per year).

The age-related peak incidence for a diagnosis of cancer of the cervix is 44 years of age. In the 40 – 44 year age group, the MDH says that there are 14 newly diagnosed cervical cancers per 100,000 per year, which means that 99,986 out of every 100,000 44 year-old women will not be diagnosed with cervical cancer in any given year. (Incidence is the term for the number of new cases of a disease diagnosed during a specified period of time.)

By the age of 50, the CDC reports, more than 80% of American women will have been infected with human papillomavirus (HPV) during their lifetimes. And yet, amazingly, over 99,000 out of every 100,000 women will never be diagnosed with cervical cancer. (It is useful to point out that deaths from cervical cancer are an even more miniscule 1.5 cases per 100,000 female population per year.) Impact of science on our society – Psychotronics

I found the XXIV issue of “Impact” (UNESCO) from 1974, which  has a great collection of articles written by scientists working in the field of psychotronics and para-science in times of strictly materialistic environment.                                                                     They became aware of the extreme delicacy of the natural electromagnetic field of our planet and everything living on it, be it organic or inorganic, predicted the inevitable realization that life is not permanently fixed to its physical carrier, that human consciousness has degrees and that we have amazing possibilities of new methods of psychic healing as well as communicating by telepathy with the Universe even beyond time and space. If we don’t misuse the knowledge.

Surely 43 years later , 2017, the field of psychotronics evokes anything but altruistic, noble endeavour of its pioneering scientists,  it has become a synonym for human manslaughter and torture. (U) During the past 25 years, Soviet and Czechoslovakian parapsychologists
have reported that paranormal phenomena such as extrasensory perception
(ESP), telepathy, and psychokinesis (PK) have been demonstrated under
rigorously controlled laboratory conditions. Skeptics in both nations
have attacked the study of such phenomena on both scientific and political
– ideological grounds. Criticism based on political ideology has stemmed

Biohazards of Extremely Low Frequencies (ELF)

In reporting on the HAARP project the issue of extremely low frequency (ELF) impacts on human health has been raised. The debate on the impact of ELF is still ongoing in international medical circles. However, recent research points to the fact that these frequencies when shaped and transferred to humans cause significant reactions. In our book, Angels Don’t Play this HAARP: Advances in Tesla Technology, we explore some of these reactions.

 

HAARP is not the only system available for taking advantage of these new technologies. The military has developed smaller weapon systems for use in battlefield applications. These new weapons were disclosed in documents authored and compiled by the United States Air Force. The Air Force documents indicate that these weapons can be used for mind control, inducing heart attacks, causing electronic failures and creating computer malfunctions. More recently these new weapons have been revealed in International Red Cross documents and in other press reports. In a CBS – 60 Minutes broadcast on February 11, 1996 a report on some of these new systems was shown. The program discussed some of the effects of these new weapons which included disorientation and “flu-like symptoms”.

This new classification of weapons has created some level of concern on the part of military planners in trying to find a way to introduce these systems. The United States Army has developed a concept called the Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA) which begins to unfold the weapons introduction plan. What this document points out is that many of these weapons will operate in a way which is in conflict with American values. The Army realizes that the conflict with our values exists and openly discusses the problem it presents. The Army then goes on to describe a number of ways to reshape those values so that these new weapons can be used. The basic problem, from this writers perspective, is that the U. S. Army’s role in the American scene is not intended to “shape and form public values”, rather it is supposed to “reflect” American values. The idea that any branch of government should see their role as one of setting the national ethic is wrong.

The United States military has taken advantage of the basic research which demonstrates the effects of various types of electromagnetic radiation. This research is being used for weapons development. These new technologies have been, in part, transferred to the United States Justice Department for use in domestic police actions. The technology transfers have been made over the last several years. Three conferences were held between 1985 and 1993 in order to gradually introduce the technologies. The last conference included discussions of pulsed radio frequency systems and was considered so sensitive that the entire meeting was classified by the Department of Defense and the program sponsor — Los Alamos Laboratory. This last meeting has led to policy development which now permits technology transfers from the military to the United States Department of Justice.

There are a number of documented effects of these low levels of electromagnetic radiation. The effects can be positive or negative depending upon the intent of the operators. In Europe, and elsewhere, the use of these low levels of electromagnetic radiations are being applied to the development of very effective healing systems. In future articles we will be discussing the findings of researchers and clinicians who are using these new electromedical systems. Significant work has been done in nonsurgical applications for treating heart disease, cancer, diabetes and numerous other disorders. However, on the dark side of these technologies is the military. The Department of Defense uses the same basic information for developing weapons which attack health.

The use of these new weapons in altering and manipulating human brain functions is startling. In November, 1995, I asked Dr. Patrick Flanagan if there was a way to guard against low level radiations in the ELF range. These are the frequency ranges which can cause disruptions in the human brain. He considered the question and then described the following equipment configuration for use in a home or work place:

Dr. Flanagan suggested that a circuit be constructed. The system he described would start with a “white noise” generator. (These are available from organizations like the Sharper Image.) The white noise generator speaker would be disconnected and the speaker’s wire leads would be connected to the input side of a power amplifier. The output side of that power amplifier would then be connected to an insulated copper wire which would be looped once around the area which was to be protected against ELF. This circuit would provide protection for low power density ELF signals. The purpose of the system is to create a situation where the ELF signals cannot “lock” onto biological systems — like human beings. The effectiveness of the system would be based upon its actual construction and the ELF power levels in the area. The components for construction can be readily obtained from electronic supply houses and can be built by people skilled in electronics to assure that the components sizes match correctly.

Evolution of multiple sclerosis in France since the beginning of hepatitis B vaccination

Abstract

Since the implementation of the mass vaccination campaign against hepatitis B in France, the appearance of multiple sclerosis, sometimes occurring in the aftermath of vaccinations, led to the publication of epidemiological international studies. This was also justified by the sharp increase in the annual incidence of multiple sclerosis reported to the French health insurance in the mid-1990s. Almost 20 years later, a retrospective reflection can be sketched from these official data and also from the national pharmacovigilance agency. Statistical data from these latter sources seem to show a significant correlation between the number of hepatitis B vaccinations performed and the declaration to the pharmacovigilance of multiple sclerosis occurring between 1 and 2 years later. The application of the Hill’s criteria to these data indicates that the correlation between hepatitis B vaccine and multiple sclerosis may be causal.

Introduction

The first doubts regarding vaccines as a possible cause or exacerbation of multiple sclerosis (MS) were formulated by Miller more than half century ago [1]. Hepatitis B (HB) vaccine has been the subject of greatest concern, especially in France where mass HB vaccine administration was performed in a short time. In 1992, the World Health Organization (WHO) recommended undertaking a universal HB vaccination of all young infants in order to eradicate the HB virus. WHO explained that the teenagers’ vaccination could also be used in addition to or instead of the vaccination of young children in low-endemic countries. In 1994, the French health authorities launched a national vaccination campaign of all pupils in the first year of secondary school. The following year, HB vaccine was added to the national immunization program for all young babies and preteenagers. This intensive campaign had quickly exceeded its expected targets by also encouraging the adult population to be mass-vaccinated, whereas the vaccination of the infants remained less significant. This resulted in an unprecedented “wave” of immunization in adults, with 20 million French individuals vaccinated against HB, concentrated in 4 years, from 1994 to 1997.

 

MS cases in some vaccinated adults were rapidly notified to the French national pharmacovigilance system (ANSM), triggering investigation by this agency. This inquiry, started in 1994, was therefore already underway when French media revealed possible occurrence of post-immunization MS in 1998. This year, French health authorities abruptly terminated routine school-based vaccination of preteens, and adult HB vaccination began to be less widespread.

Several epidemiological studies have been evaluating the correlation between HB vaccination and MS in adults for a decade. Most of these publications found the absence of a link [2–6] or a slightly increased risk, but not sufficiently significant on the statistical level [7–9]. However, different opinions have also been formulated. A study aiming at quantifying underreporting in Fourrier’s article [8] was conducted by D. Costagliola on request of the French pharmacovigilance. This unpublished study showed by the “capture–recapture” method that the real number of MS cases linked to HB vaccine was 2–2.5 higher than the officially registered number [10]. This additional calculation makes Fourrier’s publication [8] clearly significant. Another case–control epidemiological study was conducted to evaluate serious post-vaccination adverse events registered in the United States through a spontaneous reporting system in the VAERS database. Adults receiving HB immunization had significantly increased odds ratios (OR) for MS (OR 5.2; CI 1.9–20) in comparison with an age-, sex-, and vaccine year-matched unexposed tetanus-containing vaccine group [11]. A Hernan’s paper, based on a case–control study in the United Kingdom within the General Practice Research Database (GPRD), found an increased risk (OR 3.1; CI 1.5–6.3) of MS within the 3 years following HB immunization [12]. In the same way, a French study on demyelination in childhood [13] showed that Engérix B® vaccine administration was associated with an increased trend of confirmed MS after 3 years (OR 2.77; CI 1.23–6.24).

On these grounds, we compared temporal HB vaccine dose distribution and MS occurrence in the French population, using the official data collected by the French pharmacovigilance system (ANSM) and the national health insurance (CNAM). The results confirmed, at the global population level, a significant correlation between the number of immunizations and both the number of MS cases declared to the pharmacovigilance system 1–2 years later and an overall increase in identified MS cases in the country.

Abstract

Vaccination has had a major impact on the control of infectious diseases. However, there are still many infectious diseases for which the development of an effective vaccine has been elusive. In many cases the failure to devise vaccines is a consequence of the inability of vaccine candidates to evoke appropriate immune responses. This is especially true where cellular immunity is required for protective immunity and this problem is compounded by the move toward devising sub-unit vaccines. Over the past decade nanoscale size (<1000 nm) materials such as virus-like particles, liposomes, ISCOMs, polymeric, and non-degradable nanospheres have received attention as potential delivery vehicles for vaccine antigens which can both stabilize vaccine antigens and act as adjuvants. Importantly, some of these nanoparticles (NPs) are able to enter antigen-presenting cells by different pathways, thereby modulating the immune response to the antigen. This may be critical for the induction of protective Th1-type immune responses to intracellular pathogens. Their properties also make them suitable for the delivery of antigens at mucosal surfaces and for intradermal administration. In this review we compare the utilities of different NP systems for the delivery of sub-unit vaccines and evaluate the potential of these delivery systems for the development of new vaccines against a range of pathogens.

Vladimir Putin has set himself on a collision course with Western governments by criticising their atmospheric spraying operations. According to Putin these operations pose a “monumental threat” to the earth’s biota and are “not only offensive, but against nature.“

Putin, who is fundamentally opposed to climate engineering programs, is said to be “deeply concerned” about the “uneducated risks” being taken by Western corporations, and sanctioned by Western governments, all in pursuit of control of the population and profit.

Speaking at a charity fundraiser in his home town St. Petersburg, President Putin was asked if Western governments’ atmospheric spraying operations and weather manipulation programs represent the “greatest assault on the earth’s life and health…in human history.”

Putin said it does not matter if it is “the greatest threat, or the second greatest threat, or the third. What matters is that it is an assault. It is a serious assault.”

“It is remarkable the American government are still refusing to acknowledge their operations. The scientific data is there for all to see. How can people demand regulations and controls on operations if the government won’t admit these operations exist? It is insulting to people’s intelligence.:

“It is not only offensive, it is against nature.”

The feeling in Russia is that Western governments and corporations are flying too close to the sun. But the problem is that they won’t be the only ones to get burnt – the earth as a whole will suffer the consequences of their actions.

As evidence emerges that geoengineering and climate manipulation is damaging the ozone layer, the fear is that the earth will reach a crisis point and will not be able to recover. The poisoned earth, like an incurably diseased body, will be left to die.

The alternative, according to Putin, is the same as it always has been. Simple, respectful treatment of the earth, water systems, and air.

Asked if he would advise against his citizens spending time in heavily sprayed areas of the world, Putin said he would not tell people where to enjoy their holidays. “But I do encourage people to educate themselves on this issue and make intelligent decisions.”

Each human being has a unique brain wave pattern that is one of a kind, just like you have a unique set of fingerprints. That brain wave pattern is known as your ‘Specific Residence Frequency’ which no one else in the world has like yours. It is truly unique a one of a kind unique brain wave signal.

The CIA and NSA DARPA handlers are able to lock on to that brain wave signal after they have moved close to you and entrained your brain to their remote neural monitoring system and download your speific brainwave frequency brain wave pattern into their computer which the CIA and NSA handlers, and there are usually four to six handlers in number because they operate in shifts, have for life, which the CIA NSA handlers can then mimic, to induce all kinds of thought, emotions, cognitive abilities, physical sensations, etc.

This is because the human body is a ‘VIBRATORY ORGANISM and an ‘ELECTROMAGNETIC ORGANISM’ and as such each organ of the body ‘VIBRATES’ AT A different frequency of ELECTROMAGNETIC ENERGY!

By varying the FREQUENCY and INTENSITY of each beam of electromagnetic energy, the CIA and NSA operatives can manipulate each region and organ of the human anatomy.

Then the NSA CIA handlers use that specific brain wave frequency of the targeted individual to target you and manipulate your mind with mind control technology. This is a simplified way to explain how REMOTE NEURAL MONITORING MIND CONTROL TECHNOLOGY works in real time.

They also secretly ‘chip’ the targeted individual or his property with tracking implants they can monitor by satellite any where in the world. They use those tracking implants to hone in on your physical location to wherever you are and once you are in a relatively stationary position the targeted individual becomes susceptible to the directed energy.

The CIA NSA handlers can then hetero dynamically lock on to your unique one of a kind brain wave pattern frequency and manipulate your mind for the purposes of mind control, and to inflict pain and trauma on the targeted individuals body that others who in the vicinity of the stream of directed energy dont feel or notice.

The mind of the brain entrained targeted individual picks up the frequency of directed energy but the others around the targeted individual dont pick it up because that frequency of directed energy is specificlaly tuned to the unique brain wave pattern of the targetd individual.

As such, only the targeted individual with that ‘Specific Residence Frequency’ of brain waves absorbs the energy or feels it effects such as severe pain to the brain and central nervous system. Because the brain controls the central nervous system, only that person’s central nervous system, with that speciic brain wave pattern frequency, will have their central nervous system manipulated. The others around you will not feel or notice the effects because their brain wave patterns dont operate along the same frequency as yours.

This is how the CIA NSA operatives are able to target the Monarch Victim in a crowd of people, as that crowd of people dont absorb the energy or feel its effects. Only the victim absorbs the energy or feels it effects

Once they have that specific residence brain wave frequency thay can target the mind control victim from great distances with mind control electromagnetic technology.

However, because ‘VERIFICATION’ is absolutely necessary for mind control technology to work effectively in real time they need to be close to you or to have cameras up, many of which are hidden, or boots on the ground to monitor you and make sure the technology is working.

Without VERIFICATION there is no way the NSA CIA handlers can determine whether the mind control technology is working or not, meaning they cant tell if they need to vary the routine or not, such as altering the intensity or frequency of the electromagnetic energy. They have to either have cameras, many of which are hidden, or boots on the ground to inform them you did this or said that after the, say, IMPULSE INJECTION is triggered.

So, then, they continously trigger the thoughts and desires in your mind using electromagnetic streams of energy to, say, that the targeted individual needs to go to the fridgerator and drink some chocalate milk, and you keep having the impulse and desire to do this, lower desire at baseline frequencies and stonger desire at higher frequencies, but if they cannot see you actually do it. meaning go to the fridgerator and drink the chocalate milk, then there is no way to confirm the technology is working properly.

For example, you might have the strong desire to drink the chocalate milk but instead choose orange juice, meaning the mind control technology failed on that occassion and they need to make adjustments. So they constantly keep you surrounded by perps at all times to ensure the technology is working and that you dont defeat their remote neural monitoring system.

CIA NSA handlers achieve this by engaging in a SMEAR CAMPAIGN OF CHARACTER ASSASSINATION AND SLANDER BASED ON LIES AND HALF TRUTHS to turn people against you so that they think they are watching you for other reasons, such as you are a bad person, etc., when in fact they are just puppets of the CIA NSA operatives who have fooled them into doing the work fo them.

For the CIA and NSA handlers not to use VERIFICATION techniques would still not prohibit them from targeting a person, or persons, with this technology, but it would be the equivalent of targeting a moon five galaxies away with a particle beam weapon, meaning they could fire away all day but would have no idea whether they hit their target or not because they would have no way to confirm it.

CIA NSA OPERATIVES USING SCALAR WAVE WEAPONS SYSTEM

Remember, they are using Scalar Waves as well, which are multi-directional, out of phase, speed of light, longitudinal, electromagnetic waves of energy.

Once fired, scalar waves travel and exist on both sides of the world north-south-east-west at the same time because they are being fired continously each second by land based fixed phased arrays of towers, and often by satellite as well, and because they travel in a circuitous pattern at speed of light. These towers are like the HAARP tower in Alaska, but actually the US Government has two more that we know of, one of which is located at Los Alomos labratories in the southwestern US and the other of which is located near the coast of Maine, in the American northeast. The one near Maine is much smaller than the others and is diguised to look like a building.

They are all three used for these purposes, and fire scalar waves continuosly each second, so that scalar waves exist continously on both sides of the world each second of every day, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Non stop.

The CIA and NSA handlers simply harvest and redirect that scalar wave energy that already exists in the atmosphere and redirect it at the targeted individual using the targets specific residence brain wave frequency as the targeting device and targeting sequence.

In other words, you could literally be standing in Antartica, and the CIA could target you with this technology from land based fixed pahsed array towers that exist in Alaska.

Again, Scalar Waves are speed of light out of phase LONGITUDINAL waves of electromagnetic energy and exist both places at same time, so they can use a terrestrial grid -fired from a land base fixed phased array of towers – or an extra-terrestrial array – fired from satellite – to target you no matter where you are in the world.

Only those targeted individuals who have that ‘specific residence frequency’ will absorb the energy or feel its effects. Others, it will pass right through them and they will not know it. This is how they are able to target you in crowded spaces

CIA NSA handlers also engage in disruption tactics to destroy the credibility of the targeted individual. They have a daily PROTOCOL and daily CONTINGENCY PLAN in place to daily destroy the credibility of the targeted individual on a DAILY BASIS, with specific atention given towards continuously confusing the targeted individual so that they discredit themselves which will happen a lot because in addition to all of those disruption and confusion tactics the targeted individual is also constantly subjected to the most brutal inhumane torture imaginable via directed energy weapons. One vaccine on the schedule for pre-teen and teenage boys and girls in the USA is the HPV (human papillomavirus vaccine) of which there are three brands: Gardasil®, Cervarix® and Gardasil 9®.  Both Gardasil vaccines [1-2] are the proprietary properties of Merck and Company (USA), while Cervarix [3] is owned by GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in the UK.

Originally, the HPV vaccine was promoted and pushed as a ‘cervical cancer preventive’ vaccine in girls and then a few years later, those same HPV vaccines morphed into prophylactic vaccines for boys, who don’t have a cervix!  Interesting?!  However, Big Pharma is never at a loss to spin pseudoscience to its financial benefits so it was able to convince the U.S. HHS/CDC/FDA that boys, too, had to receive the HPV vaccines, with equally devastating results as girls who received HPV vaccines have experienced

Those vaccine adverse horrors are tracked by S.A.N.E. VAX, whose website lists the horrible side effects of HPV vaccines as reported to the CDC’s VAERS reporting system.  As of December 2016, 300 deaths were reported; 14,063 emergency room visits; 4,445 hospitalizations; and the list goes on and on.

Besides the MMR vaccines and influenza vaccines, the HPV vaccine is one of the more-often reported damaging vaccines, as reported to the VAERS system.  And still, the medical profession pushes HPV vaccines like crazy: 3 shots over the course of six months costing mega bucks!  As of 2017, the three-shot series in the USA costs between $390 and $500!  In the UK, the cost is £185 per dose!
