Repetitive prayer and its esoteric meaning

One of if not the most important exercises suggested to me by my senior school colleague to whom I am most grateful for it was described in a little book The Way of a Pilgrim.
To repeat 1000x “Lord Jesus Christ have mercy on me, a sinner”. In the Philokalia, there are several other shorter forms of it described, often without the end ‘a sinner’. or simply Lord/God have mercy. Anyone, who is genuinely interested can only benefit, never lose if doing it. But the esoteric dimension to the prayer is not known to the general public. Mr G told it to his students and so I am passing it to anyone, who practices this exercise to understand more about the mysteries of prayers.

The fundamental idea of all that you can do in the Fourth Way
and in this kind of school where we are trying to work, is that the
more conscious you are the greater will be the results of your work,
so that the result of one or another effort is always modified and
controlled by the consciousness of your aim, intentions and desires.
About the first method of exercises I have spoken many times;
I have spoken of my experiments with that and some other forms of
these exercises with reference to repetition. These exercises exist in
the Eastern Church and in other forms they exist in Buddhist and
Mohammedan schools. Some short prayer is usually taken and then
repeated continuously; and this repeating is generally connected
with breathing, listening to heart-beats and many other things, but
this is sufficient. It is necessary to remember that it is definitely
connected with breathing and that I do not advise it. And I think it
impossible because it needs complete solitude, at least for a long
time; one cannot do exercises connected with breathing when
among people or during ordinary work; one must have several
hours a day absolutely free and without any disturbance. I tried
these exercises long before I met this system, and in the beginning,
when I heard about this system, they helped me very much in
appreciating self-remembering and even in the first tasks that we
were given.
But this exercise, that is, repetition of a short prayer, needs
breathing and fasting, otherwise it very soon becomes too easy;
it slips over things without touching them. I mean that it awakes
attention only in the very beginning. So I replaced the short prayer
of seven words mentioned in the Philokalia by the Lord’s Prayer. I
heard about the use of the Lord’s Prayer for the same purpose, for
constant repetition, in Russian monasteries. It gave very interesting
results in the sense of keeping the attention, and attention was
much more awake when I did those exercises. But as it happened I
was busy over some things; I travelled and I went to Russia; and
then I met this system and I tried these exercises again. I varied
it—I took the Lord’s Prayer in Greek with school pronunciation, and
when it had become almost automatic I began to try to speak this
prayer with the modern Greek pronunciation; or I alternated them
because when the school pronunciation became automatic it was
difficult to remember to pronounce it differently. But in this way I
kept attention; when attention disappeared the repetition just
stopped, or it got mixed or went only in the way I had first tried it.
I tried several other things but will not speak of them here, but I
want to say that an exercise of this kind, I mean repeating a long
prayer, is used in many schools and, if it is used in connection with
certain ideas of the human machine it may be connected with very
interesting and important work. First of all
it can be connected with the study of the parts of centres because
you start in the intellectual part of intellectual centre, otherwise you
cannot do it. When you take a new thing you have to keep
attention, and when you keep attention you use the intellectual part
of the intellectual centre. But if it begins to repeat by itself or even
starts by itself and does not need any attention it means that it has
passed into the moving part of the intellectual centre. Then later it
can pass into moving centre and then into the instinctive centre;
and then by interesting methods it is possible to make it pass into
the emotional centre. This is the aim of these exercises, not for
keeping the attention only but for the study of centres and parts of
centres.
You may remember that in some conversation described in
‘Fragments’ I came to the conclusion that the whole thing was to
awake emotional centre. Before that I had had some interesting
experiences and had come to the conclusion that one can have such
experiences only in a very emotional state, and I asked G. if there
was any method by which emotional centre could be roused. What
he answered and what this was I can say later. But it is quite true
that at a certain stage of the work it is necessary to make the
emotional centre work more intensively, and this is one of the aims
of this prayer of the mind; I mean a short prayer used continuously
with breathing and fasting because without breathing and fasting
short prayer does not give any result. The prayer of the mind in the
heart is described in the short book ‘The Way of the Pilgrim’—in a
fuller form it is described in the Philokalia, but I do not know of any
literature describing the other method of repeating a longer piece
which I have mentioned. I mean repeating a longer prayer and
making it pass from one centre to another. I have never read any
descriptions of this but I have heard such descriptions, and other
things I can speak of from my own experience. Whoever wished to
try this thing I would advise in the beginning not to think about
moving centre, emotional centre or instinctive centre but to do it
first of all for the purpose of keeping the attention, that is, not to
let it slip into becoming automatic, because the longer you keep
attention on it, the longer you keep it conscious, the easier it will be
manipulated and guided afterwards.
This can be done, for instance, by taking different pronunciations,
different languages or by counting. Suppose you take the Lord’s
Prayer in English. After a short time it begins to go so easily that
you do not notice it; but this is not interesting, so it
is better to take it in some other language, not exactly in a quite
unknown language but in one which you know slightly. Then do not
pronounce it without counting for a long time; count on the fingers
or on a rosary or in some other way, or simply by memory, because
by counting in this way it cannot escape attention. At the same time
it may be interesting. If someone wants to try it, to let it go on
automatically, but in this case no interesting results can be seen for
at least two years. It may be that in some lucky cases results can
be felt; when this automatic repeating will arouse attention by itself
by touching such sides of a man, such inner associations of inner
octaves that nothing else can touch. The idea of repetition in this
form is to create a new function which in the beginning is conscious,
and then in passing at a certain moment from one centre to another
it becomes unconscious when it is in mechanical centres and
conscious again when it is in higher parts of centres. And this higher
function can pass through all centres and later it can become the
means for passing into higher centres. But it is very dangerous to
let imagination go on this because one can imagine anything. I have
heard from people who have tried it that they have had such
wonderful experiences that could not have happened for at least
five years from the time they started; but they had them in two
weeks. So it is necessary to be very careful in this.
I can point out the exact degree of this penetration. You can say
that it has begun to pass into moving centre only when you can
read an easy book and continue to repeat your prayer. But not for
five minutes only—if you can follow the book it means that it has
passed the first stage and that repetition is going on in the moving
centre. The third stage is much further. You come to it when you
are able to speak without it stopping repetition. With different
people it happens differently. I mean that being able to follow a
conversation can serve as an indication of progress because some
people can follow conversation before they can read, but reading
and speaking are definite signposts. The first means that repetition
has begun to pass into moving centre, and the second means that it
has begun to pass into instinctive centre. But this is very far…..

THE LORD’S PRAYER. MARCH 5TH 1937
The Lord’s Prayer is divided into three times three, but we cannot
call it three triads because we do not know their relation to one
another and we cannot see the forces. We can only see that there
are three parts. We must know how to think to find the meaning. It
is necessary to study. If we understand and can find more then we
will see more clearly: there is no question of guessing or hints.
Take each point separately and see which principles can be applied.
We can find a meaning in some, in others we cannot.
First Our Father—we must leave this to the end; it is the most
difficult.
Hallowed be Thy name. We must think of the name of God. It has
a special meaning in many religious systems—Hebrew,
Mohammedanism and certain Christian sects. We can study the
literature on this subject. For instance, in Cabala the Tetragrammaton stands
for the four elements. In the Greek and Latin versions
the word used for ‘hallowed’ means ‘let it become holy’.
Thy Kingdom come. It is necessary to think of ‘Kingdom’—all it
can mean. Meanings are given in the ‘New Model’—and there may
be more than these. Many things are connected with this. It is
connected with the idea of miracle in the system. Miracle means
manifestation of laws of higher plane or world in lower world.
Thy Will be done. Necessary to remember all we know about the
will of the Absolute—how far the will of the Absolute can go and
why it cannot go further—because will itself creates laws which
make it impossible for it to go further.
Each word in Lord’s Prayer contains much meaning. I am only
trying to show you how to study it. Not by guessing. For instance,
people ask questions about the most difficult verse:
Forgive us our debts. Many principles are connected with this.
First of all ‘forgiving’: such as we are we forgive when we should
not and we do not forgive when we must. All identification,
sentimentality… . Forgiving is a function of higher emotion and is
connected with positive emotion. This is impossible for us.
Our debtors. If we had positive emotions we would be open to
higher influences which would do something for us. This is the
explanation of ‘forgive us our debts’. It refers to the idea of
changing the past which can only be understood with the idea of
recurrence. If we change to-day, we change the future for next life,
and if we change the future for next life, we change the past.
If we put these ideas together we see how impossible are
ordinary meanings given to Lord’s Prayer and how much is
necessary for even a glimpse of the real meaning. It is not possible
to understand by just keeping these words. I am only trying to
show you several principles: positive emotions, influences,
changing the past, recurrence.
Bread. Bread is food. It is necessary to remember all that we
know about food. To which food does this refer? What can be food?
Impressions, influences. . . higher kinds… for ordinary man B
influences are already this ‘supersubstantial’ food: for man with
magnetic centre formed, it is C influences.
Temptation. For us—all that is easy, mechanical; letting things
go; when we are angry—to express anger, when we are irritated—
to express irritation; the comfort of ‘letting things go’.
Evil. Evil is easily explained. When one resists temptation one
becomes proud, thinks one is awake, others are asleep; how much
better one is, etc. .. .
Forgiveness. Positive emotions (‘Love your enemies’). Result of
positive emotions. If you forgive, it opens you to higher influences.
Obstacles to higher influences—negative emotions.
If you try to love your enemies with ordinary emotions, you will
make more enemies.
Higher influences can change the past—and in connection with
recurrence.
These very big ideas are put in the form of a prayer. When you
decipher this idea of prayer, prayer i.e. supplication disappears.
Q. What is the difference between forgiving and being
forgiven?
MR. O. Subject and object. What do you mean? We cannot
be forgiven. We did something and, according to the law of
cause and effect, a certain result will be produced. We must
change the past by a very complicated process through higher
influences and positive emotions. The law of cause and effect
begins in World 6. We cannot change the law but we can become
free—escape from it. We can change the present, through the
present the future, and through the future the past. There is no
other way.
Q. ‘Forgive us our debts’ refers to the past?
MR. O. No. It means that we cannot be forgiven our debts.
We must pay them. By paying them we change the past, but
there are different ways of paying.
Q. I can see how ‘as we forgive our debtors’ must belong to
higher emotion.
MR. O. Only if we have positive emotions, not as we are.
There are several stages. This does not come at once.
Q. How is it possible for others to be our debtors?
MR. O. If we think they owe something to us they are our
debtors.
Q. What are the different ways of paying our debts?
MR. O. Mechanically or consciously. We pay them in any
case. By waiting for the results of causes and paying thus, or
changing the past and paying in another way.
Q. Can we only change the past by coming back here again?
MR. O. How otherwise? Thinking will not help. We must
change it now. Not only by coming back. To-day is the result
of some past. If we change to-day, we change the past. If we
change the future, we change the past. The future will be past
after some time.
Q. Regarding the phrase ‘Thy will be done’. .. .
MR. O. Connect it with the idea of miracle, higher cosmos
and lower cosmos. This is not about us.
Q. Is changing the past struggling against the way things go?
MR. O. This is the beginning only. Positive emotions and
higher influences are necessary. We cannot change anything
without them.
Q. You said that nothing can change without positive
emotions?
MR. O. Positive emotions don’t come by themselves. It is no
good sitting and waiting for higher emotions. It is necessary to
work. I have put some principles. It is necessary to see how we

We happen to be in the live experiment, where some of us are exposed to the public’s last but one judgement. Those who seem to be just spectators and are not genuinely interested in the spiritual domain should be very careful. I always had problems with fear of GOD. Whoever met GOD in Heavens knows it is impossible to fear HIM, no matter what atrocities one caused. That LOVE forgives everything. So it must refer to the world of the second order, where the division of forces takes place. And today I came across a description of a book, which says it quite directly:

Go to the book of Revelation 1:4, it reads, “John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne.” Now go to the book of Isaiah 11:2, which reads, “And the Spirit of YAHUAH shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Elohim“.

A while ago, I was trying to figure out the meaning of Elohim in the Greek/English translation of Genesis 1:1, where Elohim appears on every line and many times with “He”. I could not accept the translation, it sounded more like GOD, delegating Elohim (plural) with the creation of the world according to HIS plan.

In the 4th Way I learned about the Ray of Creation:
There are three active forces in the ABSOLUTE, active, passive, and reconciling, that form an indivisible whole and have one single will and one consciousness. This is called the world of the first order.
I assume that here lies the biggest misunderstanding between religions. This united force of the Absolute, constituting one whole, creates the world of second order by dividing His united force into three independent forces, each with their own will, own consciousnesses, and at their meeting points, they create the world, the Ray of Creation according to HIS plan.
There is no irreconcilable contradiction in religions whatsoever if everyone ponders over it. On the contrary, here lies the explanation of all ancient scriptures. We are supposed to learn to use these three forces that pass through the whole creation in a creative way, not in a destructive one. Once we learn how to incorporate the invisible, reconciling third force into the other two polarized, (so far we cannot even agree on its existence), we would be able to move to the higher dimensions and eventually participate in the further creation and maintenance of the Universe. It sounds like utopia, our vibrations are not high enough to reach them Just as well, we would export star wars to the entire universe.

The singular of Elohim was written on the internet as Eloah, Greek TON/HO THEOS was identical to HA ELOAH and that related to YHVH Father, so unless some experts prove me wrong, these are the names that refer to the place of the MOST MOST HOLY SUN ABSOLUTE, that are not used by the learned for anyone else.
Translators disregard the nuances and do not strictly distinguish between GOD and gods, so 3 Eloim became GOD, who created our planet and we get even to the statement that god lives here.
We certainly should fear god.

Imagination

Imagination is perhaps not understood in the right way. It is based on the external impressions of all possible kinds and emotional reactions to them, experienced by an individual, that can be recombined into something entirely different, regardless of the state of consciousness. And that applies to the past, present, and future lives. But there are so-called conscious dreams, that you cannot imagine as they come from beyond. For example, you cannot imagine the density of LOVE in Heavens, nor the density of hatred, present in our atmosphere, nor the density of Nothingness. That has to be experienced.

You must all know it by now and perhaps it is a case of a literal as well as symbolic climate change in the spiritual world. So should not we take care of two “flies” at once as they are directly as well as indirectly linked?
There is Real Heaven with no clouds, where The MOST MOST HOLY SUN ABSOLUTE resides. Once there, one knows and there is no polarity or duality of ANY kind whatsoever.
So when reading about clouds and fights and darkness and light in heaven in the Bible, one will want to check the Greek-English translation to find the problem:
The expression Heaven or kingdom of heaven has been used for basileia tou Ouranon. With knowledge of other esoteric sources, it is quite clear what we are talking about.
Real heaven is called Basileia to Theo, the kingdom of God.
The texts are deeply rooted in the minds of humanity and change it seems unrealistic and perhaps even not necessary, but without the knowledge of it, you cannot make the atheistically trained minds understand that the biblical and religious scriptures are the highest scientific knowledge available to humanity, veiled in symbols to protect us against its misuse. Look at the current affairs, two hundred years of climbing the trees got us back to the gladiator’s stage.of existence.
The biggest secrets of all defense departments are described in the Bible and we are implementing transhumanistic technologies into our bodies?

The second problematic question concerns our re-birth, symbolized by the theologian Origen.. The Bible has so many testimonies referring to man’s re-birth in Greek’ s version that I fail to understand this historical identification. Science put Newton’s law in front of us and the question mark has been around for a few years so what I can see is the believers themselves will eventually realize it and they will generate the change within the Church. I am not sure if we understand what is going on behind the scene. We have Ouranon, fighting with dragons against our enslavement by artificial intelligence that is justified by our inability to behave in accordance with the law and order. In other words, we need a policeman in us. Which one is better, the artificial one that makes 8 billion people (chained to a central computer) into policemen subjectively judging chosen crowd,
or the cosmic “policeman” who judges objectively, always justly, and leads his soul up the spiral? The law of effects and causes, re-births.
I hope we will choose the second and sooner than later, before this planet “puffs and blows”.as predicted.

May the grace, peace, and LOVE of the Most Holy SUN ABSOLUTE be upon you all and our tiny planet in His vast Universe.

None of you can be unaware of the planetary situation in the fields of the military, politics, science health, jurisdiction, and not least of the Earth’s ecological state. They all have a very negative impact on us and many people intuitively feel that this is a result of the battle between the forces of good and evil, taking place without as well as within us all.

The amazing scientific advances of human intellect have opened the doors to the invisible subatomic worlds of matter, hidden from our senses. That gives us the unprecedented power to create, but also destroy life on our planet and there is an urgent need to examine the intersection of the possible ways of our future existence, where we have to think which way to take and not just for this generation but for the future civilization on this planet. It cannot be decided solely by politically and technocratically superior societies because the most powerful universal force that creates and sustains life on Earth does not recognize our subjective walls or frontiers of any kind. It acts in harmony with the objective laws of Creation, while we evidently go against them and the consequences have become very obvious. Our solutions through the help of technocratic artificial intelligence seem to make things even worse because the intellectual aspect of human nature is not in balance with its emotional aspect as represented by Nature in our two brain hemispheres. And our thoroughly secular approach to science and strict separation of secular power from ecclesiastical power in the governance of a democratic world the imbalance only amplifies.

If we are to change anything in a democratic way on a global scale, be it weather returning back to the hands of Nature, creating an international legally binding agreement to use directed energies solely for peaceful purposes, not for further enslaving of humanity, or allowing genetic engineering only in accordance with the objective laws of nature as stated in the ancient esoteric science, we have to bring the Creator of all life into the minds of every citizen on this planet.

I understand that no one can force anybody to believe in GOD, but two hundred years ago we forced ourselves to believe that we came into existence by natural evolution. We humans can believe literally anything that is suggested to us as we see right now on the international political scene.

So why is there such an outcry regarding the idea of the CREATOR of the entire Universe when our science found out that every matter is just a vibration of a certain density, hence there must be a „Central reference system“ from which all vibrations originate?

Since 2003 we have had results of the publicly funded Human Genome Project that proved the subjective theory of natural evolution outdated. It gave us our exact genetic formula so we can reproduce ourselves artificially, which we of course do for very questionable purposes. How come the public has not been officially notified? Why do you not use this scientific proof of the real existence of the Creator (whoever it might be) in your arguments with the secular world?

Would you not realize that the highest degree of science, religious science, should have its place in decision-making processes of existential character on our planet at this crucial time of human history? We are pursuing dangerous, unsustainable transhumanistic aims without realizing, that incomparably better and lasting results are obtainable by religious practices.

But the secular world is very powerful, it has become a global ‘spy’, a „great accuser“ without mercy and religions need to speak one common language of science of the 21 century in order to communicate the message of the „Cosmic music“ of LOVE of the CREATOR of all existing to the masses.

We experience the Babylonian times in a reversal way, we know there is no limit to what we can do, provided it would be in accordance with the objective laws of the CREATOR. Were we not created in His image?

Two days are not long enough to solve anything but they should generate enough energy to unite you all in understanding that we stand on the unconscious road leading to death and ahead of us is a conscious road, leading to eternity.

I was told in the esoteric school that if I really understand, I cannot disagree with others. It took me a long time to understand it, but you know what needs to be changed, what is not vital, and what can be dealt with later. There is a Greek word ‘metanoia’,. It is used extensively in the Greek New Testament, we translate it as ‘repent’ but it can be understood as a new way of thinking. On my sinful path I discovered, that knowledge has been placed into every religion I came across, that each of them has its unique essence that helps to understand certain veiled symbols

in the others and vice versa. They do not contradict each other, they complement each other.

The language of the written word, art, and music used to be a powerful messenger of GOD on Earth. We learn about past civilizations through them, not through the army generals.

There has been a lot of resentment against the churches and esoteric schools, against their accumulated wealth, hidden knowledge, and secretive practices that have been misunderstood by outsiders, but the most beautiful art we cherish so much was created with their support, in the East as well as in the West.

In the 21st century, we stand before the unknown, virtual world with no conceptual framework for how to deal with it, and revival of the art of the Muses might be the easiest and the most beautiful means to melt the snowdrifts of virtual differences between religions and show us the Way.

The previous generations were explorers of the external world of creation, we are supposed to be explorers of the internal world. How could we do it without you all?

Dear G20 Summit Leaders,

You all gathered in Bali this year to discuss the most problematic political and economic issues of all times that affect existentially not only the developed nations but all citizens and habitats of our planet. You could not choose a better place, that is called for its beauty the island of Gods. Not just for its beauty, but also for its cosmological system Tri Hita Karana, which advises people always to maintain a harmonious relationship between Man and God, Man and fellow humans, and between Man and Nature in one’s daily life.

Around 80% of the world population considers the Universe to be a sacred space that is governed by the objective laws of Nature and knows that disrespecting them creates individual, collective, and planetary dramas while respecting them brings heaven on earth.

Science itself leads us to this realization. It has been discovered that the whole of Nature is a biological internet, where everything living, organic and inorganic is mutually connected and constantly interacting with the entire universe through the solar GPS within our planet.

The sages of the east and the west have been using such communication since ancient times.

The question arises why do we invest trillions of dollars into the smart artificial technologies that lead humanity on the path of physiological, mental, and spiritual slavery and have negative health effects on the Natural environment as well as on people when there are fully natural ways, opening to us new, unimaginably better realms of cosmic dimensions?

We are not the first civilization to be in such a position. The scriptures of the East as well as the West explicitly advice us not to go that way. My case should serve as the biggest warning to all humanity, but just the opposite seems to be true.

The current global theatre with lies and symbols replacing the prohibited truths prevents you all from reaching any agreement on anything except your position on Russia.

Yet Russia/Ukraine issue is in reality almost exclusively the US and Nato problem.

Human trafficking is an excellent example of what it means when there are no laws in the West that would admit and prohibit the use of smart directed energy technologies on people.

I deeply regret that my frequent reminding of the necessity to prohibit their wide application through personal smart technologies goes unnoticed despite the horrendous effects it has on human bodies..

Perhaps society needs to see the karmic laws manifesting themselves first before we decide to act on them.

Many of you have stopped on your way to Bali in Egypt at the current Cop 27. It is not a myth, it is the real Highest place in Heaven, from where the Ray of Creation originates and every human being on this planet without exception should know that it is our true home to where we all return back one day. I would not dare to speak about it were it not to shake up the world from its hypnoses and make people realize that the so-called opium of humanity is a very poor substitute for happiness and LOVE of our Creator up in Heaven.

There are precise scientific explanations of how to get there to be able to verify what I have personally witnessed. With an absolutely clear conscience, I am convinced that humanity has to be introduced to the most basic esoteric knowledge in order to harmonize life on earth with the universal objective laws and thus install lasting peace on the planet.

It is not a utopia but a realistic vision. The 4th Way esoteric school taught me that it is a living body, that is energetically connected with the center of the Universe. Its single branches on all continents are like its body organs and each student is a living cell with a specific, unique purpose for the proper functioning of the whole organism. It was quite natural to eventually extend this concept to the whole world.

With deep respect to the esoteric science that is certainly above the mainstream one, I would have a suggestion. What if sooner or later some inevitable regulatory committee set up a rule for the level of vibrations? Anyone who messes up the original work of nature would have to match their altered products with their original vibrations, which would be registered in an international database. With the upcoming cop 27 we need to do primary homework if we aim to read something different and more specific than habitual constating of climate change and claiming the reduction of carbon dioxide to zero by 2050. Nobody from us adults will be here by then, so we should at least educate the young ones about the symbol of the truth called climate change. It is not climate change but weather change that is documented by the long list of patents from as early as the end of the 19 century. Although we cannot expect to see the highest clandestine military applications among them, even these “reflections” give us a fairly comprehensive idea of how we humans, with our unsatiated drive to control everything, ended up in this “ugly haste”.
