A couple of twenty-year-old practical observations and verifications of the scientific studies, that were describing, how we can direct the atmospheric processes, in this case the rain, to stay ‘mainly in the plain’ or the other way around, drop it farther into the ocean….

I do not get it. It costs us trillions of dollars to create that mess, it generates perhaps a trillion of dollars in revenues but then we spend twice as much to deal with the side effects.
Nature does that for free. Why not to give it back to her capable hands and figure out, how our behaviour actually influences the weather? The scriptures speak about it very clearly in Genesis as well as Revelations so why not to direct our planetary path that way?
